Bloody Network
Description:
The cardiovascular network of a living, four day old zebrafish embryo. The upper panel and the cyan channel shows the vasculature, the lower panel and the red channel heart muscle and blood cells. Stitched and synchronized maximum intensity projection of a transgenic embryo that expresses the fluorescent proteins kdrl:eGFP, myl7:dsRed and GATA1:dsRed. Recorded with a custom-built light sheet microscope.
